Ratings and reviews

In 2025, it is unacceptable for a client to be unable to sign up or sign into the app. Says ' a problem has occurred please try again later. Don't even let me comment on the fact that, with an orange sim, the app cannot be accessed without a paid mobile subscription. Edit: yet again, the app cannot be accessed. They say they are having difficulties and they're trying to fix it.

I started using the app since and I appreciated it but since late 2024 it has become bad and now it's worse I can't even log into the app I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it several times but yet nothing it's not giving. It doesn't even bring me to the menu anymore even when I recharge Data yet it's not taking so you should seriously ameliorate this app. it was efficient before but now it's not helpful at all for some and totally unnecessary for me now cause I can't even log in anymore

Great app for Orange users. I don't need to go to a call box to activate cheap bundles anymore. The app doesn't have their own feedback section. Also why do new messages in the chat not come with notifications? I always see them late when the agent has already left the chat thus not getting my assistance.
