Very slow buffering even waited what is next News. Very bad experience to download the application. If they will not improve the buffering speed then useless. Ok good bye the subscription . I left the subscription because very slow buffering

I downloaded the PTCL ShoqTV app after seeing they offer over 200 channels on their official website, but in the app I’m only seeing around 5 to 10 channels. There’s no clear reason given for this difference, and it’s really confusing. I don’t know if it’s a technical issue, a problem with my account, or something else. PTCL should be more transparent and explain what’s going on because this feels misleading.

not impressed with Thier channels selection team. no sports channel in the list. for last 2 years i am seen same channels. sports event come and go and they have same channels.
