Ratings and reviews

Like all the other PCH apps. Works intermittently. I've followed all instructions to clean up my end. Cleared caches, closed background apps, deleted and installed numerous times as with all the other fixes for all the other apps. I feel being unable to access all my chances is very poor. Maybe there are issues on your end that need attention.

Update: This is the worst IT Support I've ever had. They don't even read the issue and offer basic t/s steps. Then they say if you have anymore issues, click the help button. They haven't resolved anything and don't care about the actual issue. Original: I can't even play the app because the narrator and touch assistance stuff is messing up. I've reached out to support, but they didn't help at all. Pointless.

I have been using this app every since you came out with it. Before no problems, now way to many problems. Way to many ads, and video commercials. You have made many changes, and its caused many problems. It just sits there and loads never opening. Did everything. Turned off adblocker, got it for 2 days, but now it will not open at all. Uninstalled, reinstall & nothing.
