I've been playing PCH for a very long time. And now there has been problems with the app. I haven't played for 4 weeks now! I been sending out tickets to get it resolved. It keeps spinning, verify connection, technical support is working on it. I just hope that I don't have to start all over again and loose all my rewards and start at the bottom of the diamond jewels. This would so wrong and unfair if that happens!!

4/20/26 I haven't been able to even open app for about 2 weeks now. I've removed from devices and reinstalled. in reading reviews, seems to be the new norm. it was fun playing but you have taken that away. now you have to buy "membership"to even play? I guess that's it for me then. retired, fixed income. I don't have an extra $60 or whatever to pay every month for a chance to win something. but that's how they want ìt apparently. too bad you can't give 0 stars.

the PCH app has not worked for over a month now, I've lost my streak, will not even launch, it will either say "check connectivity" or "an error has occurred in the configuration." I have Uninstalled & reinstalled the app, cleared all cache & data. this is the only app on my phone that is not responsive. & my phone is only a year old & still recieves regular updates.
