E: as of July 4, the app is usable again. So it is back to being fine, probably the best free asset tracking app. Unusable. It was a fine app but now it invariably crashes as soon as I login. It's been a persistent issue for over a week now and there has been no change or even recognition of the issue. Will update if it becomes usable again but for now don't waste your time.

The interface is pretty poor - it looks severely outdated. My biggest complaint is that it often has difficulty syncing accounts. In fact the ones it has the most trouble with are Empower retirement accounts. Clicking on the fix account prompt is pointless as it will always tell you your authentication code is wrong even if you cut & paste it. Then when it redirects you to the Empower site, it lands you on a page telling you to download the app that sent you there in the first place. Terrible.

App has stopped working, so I'm changing the review score in hopes that devs notice and fix; I've cleared storage, stopped app, logged back in, still broken! App is generally good for what Personal Capital has set out to do. Comparable to Mint, but it is a little rougher around the edges when it comes to the accounts settings management. For example, I can't hide an account that has been imported twice for some reason.
