There are a very limited number of veterinarians listed, and the ones I am looking for are not even on the list to invite to the plan. I just want to type the name of the clinic in, and see wethere it participates or not. I took this insurance because my dog has costly health issues, and it has been completely useless to me over the year and a half that I've had it.

The app has to many glitches. The ID card on the site has multiple overlapping text, the help sections are not pacific to your pet acct, and paying on your acct isn't convenient. Please perfect this app before trying to promote upgrades and other things. I am new, and so for, each time I have visited this app, it hasn't been a pleasant experience. Good thing is I found a decent Vet, bad thing is that its not the Vet I already had, (they don't accept this plan), I guess you get what you pay for.

Hi Mia - We have received very few glitch complaints. Can you please send an email with screenshots of the overlapping text and errors you're seeing to customer.care@petassure.com? By the way, we don't sell upgrades, or anything else on the app.

This app is poorly designed. Among other problems, when I add a picture of my pet, it removes required info that I entered earlier and will not let me re-enter it. Also I'm prompted for a breed of my cat but the "Breed" input field is missing. There are also data validation problems on it as well. I'm a web developer......this app is poorly designed and poorly QA tested.
