Absolutely awesome online training. Everyone has help so much with my new transition of adoption so easily and kept me calm in the first few days when I thought I was failing. They have 24/7 messaging which is so nice when you have a question right away and you cannot wait a week until your class. I would highly recommend this app to everyone! I was excited to try this app. They offered a free week, I signed up and set up a training session for 10:00 the following Saturday. I received text messages confirming the call but no video link for that call. I contacted them via text, email and on their app through chat, but didn't get a reply. 10:00 came and went and they never contacted me with a link or did they call me telling me how to access the video call. Very disappointed and I've let them know they cannot bill my credit card.
