Amigo Energy app offers access to view/pay bills, monthly usage & payment history through your phone or tablet device. To get started, download the app and sign in with your "My Amigo Energy" username and password.

Not registered with "My Amigo Energy"? No problem, the Amigo Energy app also allows you to register and provides the following features:

Pay Bills – Effortlessly pay your bill through the app with your credit card.

View Account Information – View your bills, electricity usage and account holder profile.

Setup Recurring Auto Payments – Rest assured that your bill will be paid by seamlessly setting up auto payments through the Amigo Energy app. Allow our app alerts to notify you when your payment has been received.

View Bill & Payment History – Monitor your usage, view your billing & payment history. This also allows you to make sure past payments have been posted successfully to avoid any late fees.

Alerts & Notifications – Receive bill alerts as soon as your Amigo Energy bill is ready. Our friendly payment reminder notifies you days before your payment is due and when payments were received.

The app is so annoying. You enter all your info to pay. You're there at the very bottom ready to pay but you need to enter the 4 letters as to possibly confirm it isn't a bot as some other sites do. The thing here is that there isn't an option to like confirm what you typed as like a "Pay" option. It leaves you stuck there. Then you need go go through the web browser where they charge like a $2 fee.

recently, when I open the app, it goes to a dark screen and just hangs there, I can't log in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but still the same issue. I'm using a Pixel 7.

I am so leaving this AMGO ENERGY, because icam busy to be listening to a pre recorded voice when i want to pay my bill. The App was fine and for 2 months they just screw it up. First it was for CVV and they don't give you a place to do that. So you end up stuck and cant pay your bill. Now it asks you to even put your adress in full and they tell you to click on SUBMIT which is not there too. When you click ongo on your key pad it keeps giving you error message.
