I've used this app for years and have loved it, but over the last few months, I haven't been able to use the actual app. It says my grid won't load. I went so far as to uninstall the app, but now I can't remember my password, and when I try to reset it, the app directs me to the desktop site, which is still logged in fine. I can't go over far enough to be able to log out and reset that way, so I'll have to try on my laptop. Hopefully, it works, and hopefully, I don't get the same error message.

Features don't always work. More often than not it tells me my pictures are too big even when they are perfectly to scale. I will even use the crop tool within the app and it will still say that the sizing is wrong. It also frequently disconnects from Instagram I have to go through the process of reconnecting. Not always able to auto post. I'd rather pay more money for an app that works consistently.

I use the app but it's a pain to use. The page reloads every few seconds I scroll, it takes forever to load again, and it disconnects from my Instagram account too regularly. More times than not, when I try to reconnect my account, I get taken to an error page or it won't recognize my account. It's dysfunctional and very difficult to use.
