Infinite loop trying to log in. Every time I put in my information it just takes me back to the login screen. Horribly designed app indeed.

Great communication tool! Opens up the crucial door for communication between patient and provider without placing excessive burden on either side.

This app is terrible always crashes and never works. Reported multiple times with crash reports. Northwell health should consider a new app / provider as this doesn't represent them well.
