Okay, changing my review, they fixed the issue. Much faster than the last time their service broke down on me, so I am changing my review to 4 stars. I would go 5 but their price of credits is pretty steep considering we also pay a yearly fee, AND we purchase a plan we pay monthly as well, the credit cost should be a lot less considering we are already charged in two other use fees already. To add an expensive THIRD fee is excessive. If that price changes, I will go to 5

Hi there. Thanks for updating your review. Please keep in mind that we don't charge an annual subscription fee for PlayOn Cloud. That is only offered for PlayOn Home which is separate. Also, you're not required to have a PlayOn Cloud subscription at all unless you want long term cloud storage. Have a great day.

When playon works, it's great. Unfortunately if you need support, you're doomed. Playon stopped working with Comcast so I contacted support. They said they were able to reproduce the problem and we're working on it. A few days later I got an automated email asking me how I liked my customer experience but the problem remains. I have filled follow up support tickets with the same pattern, they acknowledge they can reproduce the problem, nothing happens, then they ask me if I like the service.

Our support team replied to each of your support requests. You wrote this review for PlayOn Cloud,but the issue you were having was with PlayOn Desktop.When you contacted us there was an issue with Xfinity caused by a change they made to their site.We have since released an update with a fix. We just sent a reply to the follow up you sent today.

Promising at first, then a movie got stuck in my queue, halting any and all operation of the app, this, after I paid for credits. Submitted a support ticket, so we'll see. I see I'm not the only one to have had this issue either. Others have said they have to contact support every time it happens and get support to clear their queue. Seems like they need to put a clear queue feature in the app.
