please update software for less clicks. an autofilled default location (for example rr hospital). also when adding a new charge. have a button or link that automatically places the date of charge as the day after the last charge our username entered.

Quick tip: press and hold a patient’s name for Instant Capture, and set your census to one location to auto-fill it when creating new patient. Backdating isn’t fully optimized, but we’d like to learn more.

never get alerts about apps. when my provider finally calls me, the app.opens, but I don't see where to accept the meeting. the provided doesn't wait more than a minute then ends the call. hate this.

this app is absolutely horrible. I keep trying to log in to be ready for my appointment and it doesn't work. I took screen shots of it. why do medical offices use such horrible apps? they are based in Massachusetts so that explains a lot. I use to live there.
