Went from Awesome to Ugly really fast... Had the first version of this app. I could log-in with my fingerprint as I do with my phone. Now I am lucky I can log-in at all! The original app had an easy-to-use layout that only needed to have a couple of pages and options added to make it even more fantastic! The first "page" on the new app is a simple list that if you weren't sure what to do, and the app isn't working like it should, will leave you stranded.

The new app doesn't work whatsoever. It never logs me in and remains stuck on the log in page. The only way in temporarily is by resetting your password through email every single time. The old app still works but keeps pushing me to use the new one. The new app doesn't function, so where does that leave patients? With two poorly functioning apps. So much for convenience.

Easy to use & very practical for having a collection of all your medical records in one place. Only issue is that I'm getting a message saying that there's a problem with getting my medical records from all of the providers that I've been to, even after I login to each one. It says that it worked & once I'm on the Main page I keep getting an error message. Tired of trying to get this right!
