The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin app is a free, secure app that allows you to manage your health wherever you are.

With the Froedtert & MCW app, you can:
- Get full access to your MyChart records
- Make, cancel and view appointments
- Start your video visit or E-Visit
- View test results and health records
- Message your care team
- Save time with PreCheck-In
- Manage your prescriptions and request refills
- Update personal and insurance information
- Keep on top of recommended preventive care
- Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

Ratings and reviews

Having my medical history and access to physicians, in my pocket, is invaluable. It is fairly intuitive and helps immensely when juggling multiple physicians for upcoming procedures. BUT... Although there is a pop up bubble to print documents, the app always says to 'try again later". Not a huge deal since the documents are accessible on your device, but if it's there, it should work. 5 stars if I get to print. 😃

Can't actually view any specific information when I make a selection. For example, I have messages to view, but when selected, all I get is a blank screen. Same with scheduling appointments, viewing test results, etc. I have to use my computer to actually see anything, so no point in using the mobile app. My Froedert doctor is wonderful, the app, not so much.

The app is easy to use and I do all my correspondence and appointment booking via the app. I also appreciate how it uses the MyChart system which is also used by Advocate Aurora healthcare. My primary care doctor is at Aurora but I go to Froedtert for all my reproductive health needs. It's very convenient to be able to check my booked appointments, results, and messages for both hospital systems in the same place.

What’s new

This release includes general updates, bug fixes, and UI improvements to enhance the overall experience. The Privacy Policy has been updated to clearly explain our data retention and deletion practices, including how long user data is retained and how users can request deletion of their data from the app.
