Can't actually view any specific information when I make a selection. For example, I have messages to view, but when selected, all I get is a blank screen. Same with scheduling appointments, viewing test results, etc. I have to use my computer to actually see anything, so no point in using the mobile app. My Froedert doctor is wonderful, the app, not so much.

I have not been able to get into the app to view anything for well over a month. I can not read messages that are sent to me. I try to tap on different things it opens a blank page and have waited well over 20 minutes thinking it had to load... and still Nothing!!!

wont let me pre check in and because of that no virtual appointments for me. i cant see my appointment details and medical updates. when i talked to the receptionist they gave me a number to call about it, i got a voicemail and left a message and never heard back. still cant see anything when i open the app.
