This application does not even open. The font that says login, in the yellow box, is so small you can hardly read it. I just assumed i should tap to open. When i did, the box disappeared, and a circle appeared that just kept going around and around like it was trying to open but never did. I have installed and uninstalled it several times. Also tried powering on and off my phone. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I've been trying to login for 2 hours. Apparently,I forgot my password, which I don't think I did. I ask Google how to change password on this app. A post from Physicians Mutual answers the question (not really) "Go to the apps home page and select 'change password". Simple enough. So I go back to the app. If you're not already logged in, the home page is the login page, andit has 'Username' and 'Password', but guess what? No 'Forgot Password' exists on the login page. Ugh. I also tried the URL.

this app is very user unfriendly .. I keep getting other people's inquiries, which seems to be user inappropriate.
