Ratings and reviews

The app is deeply confusing since none of the icons are labeled so I can see what I'm selecting before I click them. Also why do I have to swipe left/right to access all the app sections when all the icons are small enough to fit on one display screen?? There are also way too many locations to check for messages. NOT user friendly.

This app is very slow, and very confusing. The computer portal is very slow but not as confusing. I have viewed my order labs, prescriptions, and other necessary documents and it still says I have not. The majority of the time the appointments do not come up in the app to confirm them.......I also had to get a new phone and now it does not send text notifications which I can't seem to fix even with wiping the app on my phone and signing in with the login code. It has potential but it needs work.

One star is too high of a review. I've had this app for awhile now and it has never worked right. Now since the last update, I can't open any documents. It tells me I need to install software I already have. Unfortunately, my doc requires this for communication. The only thing I can use it for at this point is basic email to and from. I can't even reply. And if there are any documents, they have to send them to my normal email outside the app anyway. Worst app I've ever used. EVER!!!
