Lectures are not playing. In the last week 3 time videos are not playing in the app, it's just buffering and very annoying. I can't download lectures also. The technical team says that a new update is coming therefore it's happening. Today is the third time in a week the video is not playing. I don't recommend people to choose prepladder over marrow it's not a smooth experience mainly of the app after the last update.

I have no complaints regarding the faculty but the technical team is so ' fuddu' man ...why on earth would someone make the notes section not zoomable , I mean you can't zoom and scroll at the same time , every time I need to scroll I have to zoom out , THIS IS JUST IRRITATING. It' s very difficult to read and scroll through the notes on the phone, PW's meded is so good in this technical matter . Another thing is sometimes 10s skip doesn't work on this app I don't know why . FIX IT PLEASE !

I’m really disappointed with the app. My Version 5, 6, and XI content is not showing at all. I’ve already tried clearing the app data, but the issue still isn’t resolved. I even contacted the support team and haven’t received any response yet. On top of that, I’ve faced multiple technical issues in the past as well. Honestly, it feels like my money has gone to waste.will not be recommeneding the app to anybody.
