Doesn't work on Android (Galaxy S9). When trying to get started with Day 1, the button to upload a pic is grayed out (and thats whats needed for the guarantee). Submitted a ticket however there's nowhere in the app to see the tickets you've submitted which is absurd. When filling out the ticket request, the font displays as strikethrough and only goes back to normal when you've pressed the space bar and moved onto the next word. While the app LOOKS pretty, it's a horrible user experience.

To intrusive and to busy. It wants you to set alarms to remind you to apply and they are really annoying. It wants you to check in for every single product you purchase which is redundant and annoying. Getting help is difficult not really responsive. App is confusing and to much going on. I'm about ready to return it because I hate the app so much. So far product has only dried my skin out and irritated my skin.

We're sorry to hear you were not happy with the app! The alarms can be deleted from within your settings. Check-ups ARE required for every medication, as this is required for our guarantee (as stated on our website and during the check-out process). The check-ups include advice for side effects, so please continue to complete them!

Clunky and confusing app. I wish more thought was put into the UX of the design and functionality. I logged on after receiving my spot cream because I wanted to find clear directions and struggled immensely to find what I needed. I'm a self -serve user so I hate going to customer support and avoid if I can. After 10 minutes of pushing random buttons trying to find directions, I was able to locate it. Please use more direct language, get rid of the crazy # of drop down options, and just simplify.
