I worked hard to pass every stage of the free challenge until the final phase. It took effort, patience, and long hours of trading to reach that point. When I finally tried to withdraw my profit, I was surprised that only 20 USDT was released. I tried again, hoping it was just a system issue, but my withdrawal suddenly failed without any clear reason. It was really disappointing, especially after all the hard work I put in. This is a scam app. I have completed all requirements and they were successful, even the trading conditions were met, I waited the 14 days period which elapsed today, Friday 17th October, 2025. Now I placed a request payout, it first showed "in review", later it showed failed. I sent an email to their customer service, they refused replying. Even the information from their chat bot and the information from customer care email, are not the same.

This thing is a scam. Don't even bother giving them a chance, they will never pay you. When it comes time to pay, they make excuse after excuse then they ignore you. Now they just responded to this review telling me to send an email to the same email address I have emailed multiple times without even a single response. You guys are pathetic really
