Hello, I need urgent help. My $6000 Instant account (Login: 3610308) is not working properly. Every trade I open is closing within a few seconds, even without hitting stop loss. The account is active and payment is completed, but I am unable to trade at all. I have already contacted support and sent emails, but the issue is still not resolved. Please escalate this and provide a fix or replacement account urgently. Thank you. they solved my problem

Technical Failure & Zero Support — Avoid! ​Passed my challenge and got a live account, but completely lost it due to a massive platform glitch. I had a strict Stop Loss (SL) set at 62,590 on BTC/USDT (0.04 lot), which should have capped my loss at just $3. Instead, the VTrader platform completely ignored my SL and let the trade slip 1,150 points down to 61,432, blowing my daily limit. ​Their own trading journal shows the SL was registered, but execution failed on their end. Now no response
