Hello, I need urgent help. My $6000 Instant account (Login: 3610308) is not working properly. Every trade I open is closing within a few seconds, even without hitting stop loss. The account is active and payment is completed, but I am unable to trade at all. I have already contacted support and sent emails, but the issue is still not resolved. Please escalate this and provide a fix or replacement account urgently. Thank you.w

WORST, I deposit amounts to my wallet, the transaction is done but the amount didn't deposit to my wallet. I tried to raise a complaint but No reply from the mail, No reply from whatsapp, No reply from the raised ticket. The customer service is the worst. I want my money to be deposited to my wallet or credit back to my account.

V Prop Trader is a total scam. My dashboard shows a "PASS" for every single phase, yet they refused my payout by inventing a "first phase failure" only after I requested my payout. It is logically impossible to fail a previous phase that was already approved and moved to the payout stage. They sent me a mail and manually changed my account to "Failed" to avoid paying. They are a fraudulent operation that manipulates data once a trader becomes profitable. Do not waste your time.😡😡
