It used to work. Now everytime I try to log on it says "oops, something went wrong!" I thought I might have been using my password incorrectly so I reset it then tried again but it still said "oops, something went wrong." This is very annoying. I would greatly appreciate if someone from the IT team would help me out here. This is upsetting.

The notification warning me about my silver status expiring has gone off every minute for almost 2 hours. I don't care about the tiers. I barely use the app for birthday visits

The VIP seating was useless. The staff did not know anything about it, so we were left waiting while others who walked in around the same time were seated before us.
