Ratings and reviews

I really like this ring and app when they work, but I haven't even had them for a month and a half and it randomly stops registering information for days at a time. This defeats the entire purpose of having the ring and app to track data, and if it isn't registering for days then I cant trust that it is registering all the information it can be even when it does show up in the app. It's just a lot of money to spend on a ring for maybe a month of benefit.

this app is garbage. trying to select an activity takes so much time because it just won't respond for many minutes. I waste so much just trying to get the app to work. when it works, it's a decent app but the number of times it just won't work is countless and I've only had it installed for a month.

I was truly hoping this would be a better app. It now wants me to update my firmware, however it won't keep the page open to do so. I'm a little disappointed, and the tracking for steps doesn't seem accurate so far either. Also its a pain in the butt to reconnect if I need to reset my Bluetooth. I'd love to try the update however it won't update.
