Ratings and reviews

The app crashes quite often and is very slow to use. The "backup" selection is very clunky. Do not expect anyone to respond if you receive the wrong item or have missed items. No one seems to care. I went to the store with in an hour after most of my items were "not available" for delivery and found all of the missing items from my purchase on the shelf. It seems like they just want to make money on your delivery fee.

UPDATE 09/05/24 The app no longer gives the ability to use EBT at pickup. When using the only option given of paying upfront with a debit/credit card, the app places a hold for double the purchase price and refunds 5-7days. The newest update/revamp of the app has been a serious downgrade. Using the app to shop and use coupons/offers is a nightmare now. Lost so many capabilities and convenience with the update. Very disappointing.

The app was usable last year before they updated and changed it all. Horrible update. They should fire anyone who had a hand in determining which features were changed. They got rid of everything that made it user friendly, easy to search, and made it a basic as possible with infinite glitches. You can't even scroll through the weekly sales add and add products off of that list. The more you scroll, the more it just repeats the same 20 products that you already scrolled past. So much more to say
