Each community is unique, but all feature the same level of support, guidance, and connection that make it easier for you to take charge of your health and wellness—based on your needs.

Our well-being community provides support for people interested in self-care strategies for their mental and emotional wellness. This community focuses on a variety of self-care topics, such as managing stress, improving sleep, easing feelings of anxiety, lifting mood, and reducing negative thoughts.

Join a community for people navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. We’ll help you get support and find information about the many changes you experience throughout midlife and the stages of menopause.

Unable to view notifications. When I open the app and click to see notifications, I get an error message saying "oops something went wrong. please try again at a later time." It's been nearly 2 weeks and I keep getting the same result. This app isn't exactly user friendly and I initially liked it so much. I have tried uninstalling then downloading the app a few times already and nothing works. Still shows I have multiple notifications but I can't access them.

At first I thought this app would help me feel more positve, connected and learn how to deal with my MS and stress, but after keeping it for a week, it is more of a pity party. No matter how positive I post someone has to bring in the negatives. There arent many articles that are helpful and some of the links in the app don't work.
