*Security and Privacy
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS) are used to protect data in transit while files at rest are automatically encrypted using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available requiring additional two-step verification by SMS, Phone or Authenticator App during login.

Ratings and reviews

Purchased two of the pro models for our business. Now that Raven has discontinued cloud services, any user looses half or more of the function of their machine. Tried contacting Raven, support is non existentant. $1200 up in smoke. Will never purchase a Raven product again. Do not buy or use anything from this company!

Company, servers, and cloud no longer exist effective Dec. 31, 2023.
