Question Yourself 365 is the journal you need to keep track of how much you can change over the years. This simple self-awareness journal asks you a single question a day for 365 days of the year. Record your thoughts, your ideas, your way of being, your outlook on life, remember the good and the bad, and help yourself grow by reflecting on your past answers.

When you feel like seeing your change, browse through the monthly and yearly calendar and see for yourself what you had written the same day, a year before. Perhaps this look into the past is what you need to realize many things.

If you forget to answer your daily question, you have 3 days to fill it in, don't worry about it. If you want to answer older questions, we will ask you to help us by watching an advertisement. Never forget to answer and turn on your notifications so we can remind you that you have the daily question unanswered.

The app is great but it's really annoying how I need to watch ads again and again because some ads automatically directs me to play store so if i press back the app WILL MAKE ME WATCH AN AD AGAIN and if its the same ad then the same thing happens and I can't answer some questions because of it.

So far I'm liking this I do get frustrated at myself for forgetting to journal and then I can't go back farther than a week. Lol but that's on me. Great range of original questions as well.

I really enjoy this app and I have actually been writing every day. It's easy to use and the prompts are well written. There's a notification but it's not annoying and takes you to the app. Thank you for the app 💜💜
