I switched my card off a while ago. Now, every time I try to switch it on, the app crashes. After three crashes, an Android pop-up said the app had a bug, and would I like to clear the cache to see if it might help. I cleared the cache, but it made no difference. Also, a permanent annoyance in the app is that when you click on My Account, the Settings button is always greyed out. To get it to work, you have to go back to Home and then come back to My Account again.

Bad experience, I'm extremely frustration with the registration issue I have been experiencing after changing my SIM card while retaining my RBL registered number. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue, I have been unable to reach customer care for assistance. This has been a highly inconvinent and disappointing experience. I l would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and guidance on how to resolve the registration issues.

Every time while logging in to the application I was getting an error to "try again after sometime" and this happened many times due to which I uninstalled and reinstalled the application but after reinstalling the application it is not allowing me to log in, I am trying from last two months still the problem is not solved, very poor services.
