This is a bad app across all fronts. 1) I cannot see my rent charges anymore after paying rent. No records, just a flat number of what I paid. Strictly worse than before. 2) Rampant advertising. 5 clickthroughs to be able to pay rent. Begging for a lawsuit. 3) it's not an app. It's a browser skin. Better to open your browser instead. If I could give 0 stars I would.

It costs more to use for rental payments, and I do not want ads or suggestions about buying products. This product is forced on residents. Along with valet service. Sucks

Has increased my rent charge another $5 with it's higher fee when not using their "bilt mastercard." Filled with ads and takes away from a true "resident experience." Only sees you as a consumer. Terrible app and terrible decision to switch to this company.
