Why am I unable to open the application on my Android device? My information is correct, I tested it on my laptop. I just get stuck in a loading screen that never ends on my Android phone.

This is frustrating it won't let me log in!! I need this app for work and if anyone can figure out whats going on that would be greatly appreciated.

The app disappeared after login, every time. I can't use it and I need to in treatment.
