About this app

I'm developing this app on my own in my spare time outside of work, so that I can continue to offer it for free.

This app is free, ad-free, and without data collection. Forever.

Life Notes is an app that allows you to record your chronic symptoms and lifestyle habits on a daily basis in order to monitor them, but also to potentially highlight some correlations.

It's possible to create your own symptom list in order to score them day after day, rating thef pain level intensity on a scale from 0 to 5.

It's also possible to record your meals, medications and add various notes, as well as your sleep schedules to highlight the causes of your symptoms. For example, it is easier to highlight the link between some of your meals and your possible stomach aches.

In addition to noting the daily evolution of the symptoms at different times of the day, it's also possible to enter an overall level of pain intensity over the course of a day in order to have a broader view of their evolution.

In short, Life-Notes offers what a simple notebook could do for you, but with a focus on tracking symptoms and providing statistics.

None of your data is sent online, 100% of your data is stored on your phone's memory.
If a problem occurs while saving your data, you can contact me at the email address below, I will explain the manual data recovery method (Settings > Advanced)

Available languages: English, French

Feel free to send me your remarks / ideas for improvements / bug reports to contact@sebferrer.fr :)

Great app, if a little clunky to use. It is the only one ive found that allows me to easily track my symptoms and my medication usage at the same time. It also does not ask for any identifying information, no emails or account info or anything! My only complaint is that it keeps asking for access to my photos, I have no idea why. I keep telling it no but it keeps asking. Edited to add the last star back. No ads, clunky but easy to use, keeps track of everything I need it to.

Although the app is still very new to me and I'm still getting the hang of all the features, it's been very useful so far! I'm not chronically ill, but I have a variety of reoccurring health issues and frequently changing medications that each come with their own sets of symptoms, so this is lovely for keeping track of those. I always forget details during my appointments, especially since I see multiple different doctors, but this will help make sure I remember everything I need to :)

I have been hard pressed to find a SIMPLE symptom tracker for a mysterious intermittent pain. Since I can't see my provider for 2 months, I thought I would show with data. I think this app will do the trick. I am sure it can do lots more than I want, but because it is so customizable, I believe it can work for my situation.
