The SiteCam mobile app is an easy-to-use camera app that streamlines data collection. Automatically recording timestamps, GPS, and structuring photos into folders, with custom tags and descriptions. Photos can be pinned to floor plans for additional context.


Photos in SiteCam are synchronized online, so you can instantly access your team’s photos in the app and on your computer, via the SiteCam web app. Photos from all of your projects, in one place. You can edit your photos, descriptions and tags across all platforms.


View your team’s photos by location, using map or plan views, or scroll through the gallery. You can search through photos by date, tags, record type, description text, and more. The AI search within the app allows you to search using the contents of a photo that has been analyzed and auto-tagged.

You can capture construction defects or snags to form a punch-list, with markups and descriptions of what needs to be done. Pin each defect to the plan to show exactly where work is needed. Add update photos to a pin through time to form a timeline of before, during and after.

Making photo reports with SiteCam is quick and easy, through either the mobile and web apps. Reports include photos with GPS locations, timestamps and your notes. You can customize the look of SiteCam reports and easily share them as a link, or save them as a PDF.

Super simple and intuitive app for tying site photos to a plan! No more balancing a clipboard in one hand and taking photos with the other while trying to track and scribble down photo numbers. Just snap your photos and drop a pin on the plan! SiteCam doesn't try to do too much, but has just the right amount of features to streamline field data collection and office review. Love the real time upload and the abilities to add tags/descriptions and create quick reports.

best app for site reports/inspections. very user-friendly. you can customize pretty much every component. I've used all the big name reporting apps and they don't hold a candle to sitecam. you can also put your logo on the reports whereas other apps need you to pay more for the upgraded version. super responsive help desk as well. I'd highly recommend sitecam to any trade.

Saves a lot of time on site. When we found tweaks or features that would be useful to us see pilot were happy to implement the easy ones straight away and put the complicated ones in their to do list.

What’s new

You can now comment on photos and tag people to get notified. Use the new email and app notifications to stay in the loop with comment thread updates. Site questions are now easier to understand as they are linked to photo, plan and description context.

Photos that are incorrectly grouped can now be ungrouped, separating each photo so they can be moved between folders, and have their individual details changed.

Bug fixes and performance enhancements are also included.
