Ratings and reviews

Cannot recommend. Messages in the app will rarely load for weeks now. And they sent us 3 leads in one month who actually lived out of state - their addresses were inputted incorrectly - and wouldn't give us any credit for it. Very frustrating, but you can't escape the contract. ETA: I already spoke to customer service + a manager but they refused to "look into my concerns."

This app and company are very hit and miss. You WILL get many false leads and often they will not refund for them. Separately, I got jobs for a tiny backsplash job, 20sf (couple $100 bucks) and they charged me $150 for the job because they categorized it as a "Tile *installation" so they are charging as though it is a large floor. silly. I asked them to look into it and they rejected my query. The app didn't work as well. it didn't allow me to see price range for leads or change lead types.

I've been using this app for 4 months , You get OK leads, but majority of them are bad leads, meaning that they never answer or they're looking for services that you don't offer you can reach out to the staff, Sometimes they'll give you the credit back. Also, you can contact the lead as soon as it comes in, and your response time on the app isn't accurate. Angie needs to come up with a better way of screening people for your services and update the app it freezes a lot when trying to connect
