Ok, app, so far, but needs improvement. App has nice features for categorizing notes and formating text. However, the 'select text' to copy and paste is clunky by not consistently selecting text and not easily allowing dragging or moving selection bar to select a line of words. Very frustraing when copy - paste is used.

This note app is great: Files can be locked, fast to access and use with biometrics and the colors make it easy to see what's important in a sea of notes. I would like to be able to create subcategories in categories, to be able to give colors also to a category to stand out more in the panel and to be able to put a timer and an alarm on a note but the rest is is great and shows that the dev is serious and knows how to balance the ui design and functionality. Great job! Keep up this great work!

One of the things I am currently working on are alarm notifications and also widgets.
I also thought about an option setting to set the category color as the background of a note in the overview and maybe also even in an open note with a different option setting.

Success lol this is an edit.. I deliberately didn't press the 'back' button thinking it's sure to erase everything if I don't save but nope just tried it and it's saved my note!! The italics, bold etc are good features. I haven't tried any other features yet. from my last post: I'd love to be able to copy and save links somewhere to a notes app where I can find them quickly, I can copy to the other notes app but the links don't open and I can't save pics so that'd be really helpful 🙏

Im glad it worked for you! I did it like this so you can edit multiple notes pretty fast. A pictures feature is planned but more effort because of the backup feature. You can search any text in the overview but also in a note, there is also a glass button. A link button is also there and you can open them in your browser. Hope this helps!
