Ratings and reviews

This is by far the worst app I have ever used. It is slow, does not work with saved passwords or Biometric data as it always forgets I selected to save it, the user interface is trash, impossible to navigate to useful information or view policies in a meaningful way, and looks like it was designed in 1987. Not to mention Farm Bureau is trash. They no longer write policies in Louisiana and their agents lie to you about the policies they are able to write.

Love this app! I can email my agent with any changes while we are on the road and it gets done. Love that I can print my insurancre cards or have them show up on my smart phone to show rental companies so we do not pay for rental car insurance. Those who have negative things to say about this app have not taken the time to learn everything about it. It is easy to use.

Tried to use the roadside assistance on the app TWICE during my cross-country trip when I had a major breakdown and later when I had a blowout. Had to call for tows from individual places through Google search myself both times. That was almost 3 months ago. I am STILL unable to get my claims filed. When I had to get roadside car unlock assistance I called my agent after the app didn't help for the third time and told him. My agent told me to call a locksmith myself and file a claim.
