Best mall network for drivers in Hong Kong. Few things to improve in terms of navigation and responsiveness, but great app nonetheless. Suggestions: (1) Clicking into a mall should still show shortcuts to check parking info, rather than having to first click "Park" then select a mall afterwards. (2) The workflow of redeeming gifts through merchants could be streamlined. Currently there is too much "you scan me, I scan you". Learn from K11 and integrate The Point into their POS.

I reviewed my rating here and changed from 4 stars to 2 stars. The reason is that the app starts now always with a white background and the SHKP logo. At that point, I know that the app doesn't work. It requires multiple attempts to start the app. Only when it starts with a red background, it will work. This should have been fixed months ago.

The parking information pagea for individual mall are almost nowhere to be found, ridiculous. 20250715 edit: After clicking parking, no "location" can be selected. "VANCANY INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CARPARK" and I even didn't park yet.
