App closes on sign in. I've tried signing in and I get to the point where I enter my mobile number. I enter my number and click to continue, the app states 'provisioning in progress, please wait' and then the app closes a few seconds later. Nothing I do changes this. Hard to use my work phone when this app and all of its counterparts don't seem to play well with any sort of remote connection. This was supposed to be the backup since the desktop app has its own plethora of issues.

Worst app I've ever used. Calls never have a clear connection no matter how strong your WiFi or data. Makes my work day much harder than necessary. Update 4-24-24: still absolutely the worst app I've ever come across. Constantly allows phone calls to come through on my personal line so I don't know if it's a business call or personal call. App randomly closes and stalls if you just happen to dismiss the notification that it's running in the background. Whoever designed this should be fired

Terrible app. There were times I would call a number and it would route me to a number in New York, the same number every time! I'm sure the guy on the other end was very annoyed. Other times, it would completely boot me off the network and I would have to restart my phone to get it to work, multiple times a day. Force stopping the app did not work. So glad I don't have to use it anymore. The said they sent my issues to the engineers but it looks like this has been going for years.
