Updating my review after reading the specific options for troubleshooting pixel 6 phones. Make sure you have everything updated, I had to turn off Cellular service in order to get my phone to connect to the camera. The recordings from my first shoot were great and very helpful, I dont even bother viewing it on my phone since the screen is too small, I just download them to a PC for viewing, works great, thank you.

App is up to date and will not play videos or transfer them to my phone. It keeps saying "error please try again. reopen video to watch". Galaxy s22 ultra. I'm losing my patience. Update/ edit: if you put the phone in airplane mode the app will run flawlessly. I believe it has something to do with the way the androids send and receive data. Thank you for replying. I hope to be able to use it without being in airplane mode.

Update to my review. I removed the camera for a couple shoots and then reattached it. It connects to the shotcam wifi just fine. However, when I try and calibrate it or record a test video it won't do either. It tries, but won't load the calibration screen or the live view to test record. Something I learned is that your calibration will be more precise if you load an appropriate gauge laser light. It works fine. Would be nice to be able to download more than 5 videos at a time.

This limit is in place to prevent a connection timeout due to the large size of the files, but you can use a computer to download a full day of footage without WiFi.
