I wish I could instruct a thermostat to change the setting at a specific date and time. Just once, not every day or week. Also it would help if the app would run in the background more, or at least open the last page I was at. When I change a temperature setting, then navigate to a different app, and later come back to the Neviweb app, it closes and reopens at the beginning. That means more clicks and some wait to change the thermostat setting again. That's inefficient.

Thank you for your review. You can use the "Scenes" feature, so that you can change the status and settings of one or several devices simultaneously. Therefore, you can only enable and disable easily the scene whenever you want, and it won't change every day or week such as the schedules or automations.

It works, the components work well. No dropouts or sync issues. I have 3 thermostats and a switch to disable my well pump when home and away. Power usage data is well done and accurate . Only criticism is automation. Too limiting. If I add timed action they operate even if I'm away. For a holiday home it's close but not perfect. If you just want to use scenes it works. Easy install. Home and away should be available as a variable. Eg if home and 6 am then 65f. And off is missing for dual pole

Edit: I info I needed from tech support but I still can't believe the thermostat is locked to using a hub and that if the firmware isn't updated when ownership of a home is transferred, that I am unable to use any other system to try to connect the thermostats to wifi. It seems like it just locks new owners of homes up. All this smart tech is not intuitive. I can't speak to the app itself because I can't even try. Extra star for customer service only.
