i tried it once and it worked smoothly, but when i wanted to use it again, there's always a problem with the network, even though the Wi-Fi connection between the tool and my phone is connected but the app is keep shwoing "loading failed, please reconnect". I follow the instructions of how to use this tool, please tell me what is wrong of what i did

this app it's a scam don't buy nothing from the seller, I bought wireless visible earpick and had to download this app so a can't view inside my ear from this app but unfortunately it doesn't work
