Won't let me connect to the camera. Tried on different phones and same result. The camera worked and recorded. I removed the SD and use my PC to view the video files. One of the problem is date and time each file indicated wrong date and not current. Video quality is good but the APP (Viidure/RoadCamIOT) doesn't work. It will not connect to the phone. The hardware is good.

Works with my whistler dashcam I just purchased, unaware of the company going out of business and their apps and all features being unavailable. Funny that best buy/ micro center is selling these cameras advertising the app and connectivity still, yet undoubtedly knowing that the company way bought out by Vail and the app was shut down, no warranty is available, etc. Frustrating. But, that said, this app DOES WORK and connects easily.

wifi says it's connected but it won't allow me to access the camera or any of the other settings. I have tried everything known and it is still not working. I'm not even sure if it's saving videos to the SD card. I wish I knew if there is another way to get this to work as I was really excited to get this dash cam but it seems all for not!!! Id recommend that you don't buy this product or use its app. I did all the homework and it seemed to have fair ratings but I think it was all AI generated.
