What a Pain! Every time you want to film or connect the camera with the app, you have to go through the process of triggering the camera to send out the Wi-Fi signal and connect the Wi-Fi with your phone. It seems in my case that I have to connect the camera first before each use in order to record. Plan on a 5 minute process. certainly not a simple turn on and start recording process. Visus Camera is junk. I will have to keep no doubt as returning it is near impossible.

What a nightmare!! camera is decent but the app is garbage. I can't believe you need to connect to the camera's "WiFi" to the app in order to access the videos and photos and every single time it never detected the Network, you have to unplug the camera and try to connect again IF you don't delete the camera to install it again to the app. if this doesn't improve I'll just return the camera and get a refund.

I have tried deleting "locked" saved videos so many times because I no longer need them, and they are taking up too much space, but every time I connect the app to the camera, the videos I deleted more than 5 times reappear, so when I went to check to save some videos from yesterday, they didn't save because all these videos have not been deleted. this is aggravating.
