very upset it is hard to figure out something simple like editing your lineup for the week. And then when you try to reach out to customer service instant chat, they never respond. Then when you email customer support, it could take several days for a response. As a first time user and trying out fantasy football, if you can use any other platform save yourself the headache. Use a business that has a better customer service team.

I've seen and heard about this app for years and thought I'd finally give it a shot. It's the laggiest and most frustrating fantasy football experience I've ever had (previously used ESPN, yahoo, and leaguetycoon). Multiple slow laggy clicks to get to my team from opening the app is making me miserable. So many basic features missing. I'm slowly realizing the reason lots of fantasy shows use it is because they can't/won't support other major platforms with competing shows.

This app doesn't work and I hate that my fantasy league chose it. It won't load my team, it would randomly decide whether or not I could select players during my draft, and the interface is not the most intuitive, and did I mention IT DOESN'T WORK. I know it's not my phone because I tried their website too and it also didn't work. It's terrible. Do ESPN or Yahoo for fantasy football, not Sleeper.
