Ratings and reviews

Super buggy when trying to add more than one of a single item type. If I try to add a second bottle of anything to my cart after selecting it, the screen pops up for like a half second and then disappears again. Came here because I thought there might be an update that solved that, but nope. Please feel free to reach out to me, Support, for a video screenshot or better explanation. I'm on a Samsung S24+ with newest app version.

The app would get 5 stars if I were able to filter the wine by sweetness level. This would help me make my selections a lot easier without having to read descriptions and customer reviews. This would also increase the purchases i personally make. Other than that, such a huge selection and great deals. plus the loyalty points are a nice bonus! The convenience of paying my order online and not having to leave my car makes the whole process a whole lot more convenient! This is the only place I shop

Selections required a lot of patient adjusting and fidgeting before they could be put through. Choices between pick-up and delivery were constantly voided or erased, then needed to be re-entered. At least 20 minutes were needed to place an order that would've taken two minutes over the phone. Gift purchases were a headache, and special packaging, which costs a few dollars extra, could only be chosen after the delivery minimum had already been reached.
