It takes the live channels a long time to load on this app. many of them are constantly buffering even during off peak times. even when you have fast internet at your house. Navigating between screens is slow also. it's not a very user-friendly app in my opinion. I have to turn the sound all the way up on my phone to get decent sound out of the speakers. App needs an upgrade and doesn't have all the channels I have on my TV. Audio volume needs an increase.

The app is ok... it should be improved... For example, should allow PiP... currently does not work... should allow to configure the possibility to go directly to the "Live TV" when it starts. Should allow to configure the devices on my account that have access to the app . should allow to remove old devices for example. When I go to the Live TV, should allow to go directly to the favorites... etc Also sometimes crashes on Android tv

I love your software. it is very decent and well made. I only have one major problem. it is very difficult to play a series or a movie. every time I choose a movie to play i get "Playback error" message which repeats five times and then, I am unable to watch the movie. this problem keeps returning 30% of the time. I was hesitant to rate the software because i would have rated it differently if this problem wasn't there.
