The SMB Online app gives you an up-to-the-minute view so you can stay organized and make good financial decisions. It's fast, secure, and makes life easier by giving you the tools you need to manage your finances.

Here's what you can do with the SMB Online app:

Alerts & Notifications: Set up alerts for low funds and incoming transactions, and receive convenient push notifications, emails, and/or in-app messages.

Payments: Make payments to companies and friends.

Transfer Money: Transfer funds between your accounts.

Deposit checks: Take a picture of the front and back and deposit it in a snap.

Manage your debit cards: Easily turn your card off and on if you've temporarily misplaced it. You may also activate a new card, cancel one that is lost or stolen, and set travel notifications right from your app.

View statements: View and save your electronic account statements.

Add Tags, Notes, & Images: By adding custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you're looking for when searching through your transactions.

Support: Locate ATMs or branches and message SMB Customer Service directly from the app.


SAFE AND SECURE
The SMB Online app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you're banking online. The app features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access. You can also secure your account with biometrics supported by your device - fingerprint or facial recognition.


GETTING STARTED
To use the SMB Online app, you must be enrolled as an Southwest Missouri Bank online banking user. If you currently use our online banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same username and password. If you don't currently use online banking, get enrolled today by selecting "Enroll now" on the login screen of the app.

Overall, the app is fine. But I'm giving 2 stars because the mobile deposit needs improved. It'll tell me the amount I entered is different than what's on the check when it's the exact same. Or it'll tell me it's not endorsed for mobile deposit when it is. Either fix these bugs, or add a button to override the app's rejection of the check, so the images can be reviewed by the bank. Only then, will i give 5 stars.

Thank you for the feedback. We’ll share with our developers. If this happens in the future, we suggest moving the check to a more well-lit area. It is likely having difficulty reading the information on the check.

Edit: They reached out and help! Now works great. I'm leaving the old info so if it happens to you, you know they'll fix it. Always locks my account. When it works, it's great which is why I gave 2stars instead of 1. I've had to reset my password every time I've used the app for a few weeks now. The final blow is it now says I'm not enrolled in mobile banking. I've had their mobile banking for at least 4 years on two different accounts.

Easy access, and smooth transactions. My one complaint is the fact that you can't start new accounts. If it wasn't for the fact that I don't get off work till the banks are closed for the day, I would honestly rather go in. But because I don't have a whole lot of time to get over to the bank, it would be very helpful to start simple accounts like an extra savings account via the app that would be great. If they had that option I would probably give a 5+ rating because it really is a great app.
