Ratings and reviews

The app won't update where my car is located. You would figure with how expensive the system is there would not be a problem. Bugs like this make it a complete waist of money. Along with if you email them for help they don't get back to you. The customer service is some of the worst I've see in years. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Update I emailed them twice over a week ago with no response. I waited on hold for over an hour with no one answering. And no call back!

It is a pretty good ap, but could be better. I would like to watch my vehicle travel in real time instead of having to refresh. Car then hops from one place to another. After refreshing, it often will change the location of the vehicle slightly even though it has not moved. Would like to be able to replay and watch the entire travel trip. I dont like the trip summary. It doesn't give specific details. Overall, it is a decent ap. With a little tweeking, it could be a GREAT ap.

I've had better experiences with the Hum. The Hum was very accurate of where the vehicle was located. It also showed the vehicle move in real time. I was able to watch the car move on the map. Check gas levels & I also was able to run diagnostics with it. The Kahu is pretty basic which is surprising for the price. The location is never accurate. Takes forever to update the location. I stopped getting speed notifications even tho I have them on. There's really no 'wow' factor. Disappointing.
