Spotahome follows a similar business model to online holiday rentals but instead focuses on finding you a home for stays of 30 days or longer. We are a 100% online booking platform, offering an exhaustive list of apartments, rooms, studios, and student residences. We’re for anyone, regardless of age or professional status.

The Spotahome experience removes the need for in-person viewings, saving both tenants and landlords the time and expense. We take professional photos, design floor plans, and record high-definition videos of the property and neighborhood. We also write detailed descriptions of the home and local area.

We play a pivotal role in eliminating communication and language barriers between local landlords and foreign tenants by offering excellent customer support in several languages on both sides.

Piece of junk. Impossible to change location after a search which makes it totally unusable. If you want to search via your phone better luck with Airbnb

deceiving app and content - i filtered on "checked"/verified listings, but the "huge" rooms are barely walkable (you see the struggle in their videos too) the price is not clear and does not add up .. they list several costs, but not clear if it is a one-off or monthly etc.

They push listings to you via emails not according to your filter preference and take your money without doing anything to help. Got sent a studio listing that didn't mention no pets allowed despite my setting was on pet friendly apartments only. Made a booking, the landlord accepted. Moved in and a week later got asked to leave because they don't allow pets.Now, the landlord refuses to return the deposit & Spotahome refuses to pay back my rent or fees and is absolutely doing nothing.
