"30mins of free listening after this ad" Four minutes later, I get even more ads. Don't lie to me. It has potential but you need premium to get decent features. Even with premium, I'm still having trouble with the app. I used offline mode while I travel for work and half the time my playlists won't play. I tried listening to a podcast and I get "playback failed" even though the episode is downloaded to my phone.

I have been a premium user for many years and I just can't take it anymore. Try to add a single track from my liked songs and it adds ALL my liked songs (even tho autoplay is off) to the queue. No worries I'll just clear the queue. NOPE can't clear the queue other than one track at a time. Look in the support community, nothing but several convoluted workarounds. So solution to having 500+ tracks that I didn't want there in the first place is to delete them one at a time. Terrible.

Spotify has really gone downhill. It's not worth the price. This is happening on different phones. Over 7000 liked songs and multiple playlists, even on random, it keeps repeating the same 15. Pay for NO ADS, and i still get them everywhere!! App takes a very long time to load and freezes. Songs randomly disappear from my playlists and liked list. Last time, I asked for help, and all they wanted me to do, delete the app download again. Didn't work.. was unable to log in for 2 freaking weeks.
