DO NOT USE! App suddenly stopped working months ago. My funds are inaccessible. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. All attempts to get the app to function have been unsuccessful; uninstalled and reinstalled several times, get an error message with no way to resolve. Accessed website using a PC, filled out troubleshooting/account verification forms months ago and never heard from anyone. I suspect criminal mischief, am in the process of working with authorities to investigate. STAY AWAY FROM SWAN!

Pretty good. Bitcoin only, 1% fees, pretty easy to buy. Logging in is super annoying, having to enter your email in every time, go check your email, click on a link and then get in. Withdrawing is also rather a pain. You can't do it in the app which really sucks. So you have to bounce to and from web and app for full functionality. So yeah, a solid 3 stars.

Solid app with nice features. I don't understand the fixation with headlining 'Total Purchased' in the app (and the site). This is not the most important information to be showing at the top of the dash. Current balance is what most people are going to care about, followed by everything else: Total sats in custody Available for withdrawal Amount still locked Total amount purchased My 2 sats.
