This app should be used with caution. My 1st onboarding was simple but had technical issues. Then the employer selection was limited compared to other gig apps. The response time for help is 3+days. And I had a bad experience because an employer booked a shift but never arrived. I waited over 30 minutes and didn't receive a reply chat if it was canceled. Then they sent another shift for the next day but I canceled. Why would I waste money commuting there if they don't show? Bad business!

NOT RELIABLE. Do NOT stop looking for work when Indeed Flex tells you that you have been selected and approved for a job, or to expect future offers... Over 3 months from being hired, approved for Avery 10 different types of gigs, purchasing uniforms, turning down other opportunities, getting security clearance to work/park at specific locations (turning down paying offers).. and NO work. Just none. App functionality and Flex support staff are great, just no paying jobs actually available.

great app. Update: I've been using flex for a few months and I am disappointed. It took several weeks for my background check to clear. So I couldn't book shifts. I've worked with one employer, they have been great but flex is glitchy and has reported me a no show 3 times when I was there and clocked in and out. It's impossible to reach anyone who could actually help and the 24 hour window to reply back is not great because it doesn't matter what you say no one is listening.
