love it when it works, but it repeated the same story over and over on the next page from the last. the read it to you fails, app will randomly crash even when on wifi, difficult to navigate so if what you want is not on the home screen good luck. you would think at this point it would have less bugs but nope. they can pay for advertising but not enough to developers for proper maintenance of the app. since I came here from an ad I found on facebook.

It won't let me log in to cancel anything or to even use the freaking app. If I could rate it 0/10 I would. I paid for a subscription on the website but it doesn't recognize I did. I have really good Wi-Fi and I'm using a newer Samsung. All future payments are blocked off my card. I'm not going to pay for something I can't even use, thats a waste of my hard earned money.

Free account? I'm pretty sure the app trying to get you to pay for features that one might expect at minimum on download isn't exactly free! Download the app, see how it first operates for the first few inputs (taps), and check the app description on the app store. These are the things to do to find out if an app should've just been pay-to-download to begin with. Don't want to pay for an unwanted subscription just to get more than extreme simplicities? Uninstall the app right after download.
