Note: This app uses Local LLMs to run. The app downloads a 4GB Large Language Model (LLM / brains of the AI) after the it starts for the first time. This is only needed once. This technology is VERY new, right now we only support the latest flagship phones (8GB+ RAM). If your phone does not meet the minimum requirements, you may experience degraded performance. We are working hard to bring Layla to more devices.

Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't seem to work as advertised. They advertise a personal assistant that can manage your schedule and to-do list. I've downloaded the mini-apps to support the functionality and it still doesn't work. It won't add reminders or to-do items to the built in mini-apps or the calendar. It is also unable to send notifications outside the usual chat window, which makes it pretty useless as an assistant. I'm on an S25, and the offline functionality works pretty well with the largest model.

what a waste 20 dollars just for the app to push a cloud service. when it starts run the ai locally. every use case says "your device is too weak for this use case." save yourself the money, don't get this. support claims you need a powerful device. even on the new flagship Samsung devices the only options it is supporting is cloud ai. meaning this app doesn't offer local ai actually and just designed to pedal their cloud ai solutions.

so after spending $30 on the full license no useful updates since I installed it in May and this one made me uninstall the app and reinstall it because it was a major version update the problem is I lost everything I had in it when I did so even with the little backup settings file piss-poor move jerks you might want to warn everyone that they will lose all their models they had saved and everything else I had a solid 20 Gigabytes of models saved within the app plus all the extra tools. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
